Our Mission

IMOTIV8U is built on real-life battles, not textbook theory.

 

Based in Sydney, everything here comes from lived experience—the highs, the lows, and the hard lessons in between.

 

My journey in life hasn’t been easy. I’ve struggled with addictions and mental health, and because of that, I’ve found it hard to hold down a job. I’ve seen multiple psychologists over the years, but a lot of the time it felt like the same textbook advice—very few real solutions, and not much room for my own ideas or what actually works in real life.

 

During COVID, I became an Uber driver. For 3 years, I met people from all walks of life—and I loved it. It was the longest job I’ve ever held. But after being hit by another car, I had to stop, and that sent me into a serious downward spiral. Depression hit hard, and alcohol became a serious problem again.

 

The last 6 months, I’ve been working hard to rebuild my life—to enjoy life again and to create something that can genuinely help others who are struggling like I was.

 

I’m not clinically qualified—everything I offer comes from real, lived experience. The good, the bad, and the ugly. This isn’t polished advice or textbook theory. It’s raw, honest mental health and motivation support from someone who’s actually been through it. I’ll listen, I’ll take your ideas on board, and we’ll work through things together—no judgement, no fluff.

 

Sessions are run one-on-one with me, Craig. Whether you’re dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety, feeling stuck, trying to set goals, manage money, or you just need someone real to talk to—this is a space to start getting your life back on track, on your terms.

 

I offer one-time sessions as well as packages—see my sessions list for further information. The sessions can be in person if you are in Sydney or via zoom if not in Sydney or u feel more comftable on zoom

 

I’ll also share a simple tactic that can help you save $520 per year—just by changing one small thing and that is on $50 for that alone but I include that info in the motivation session

 

My goal isn’t to lock you into ongoing sessions. Unlike others, I genuinely aim to help you get something meaningful out of just one session. If you choose to continue, that’s completely up to you.

 

There are plenty of “life coaches” out there promising to make you rich—I’m not one of them. My goal is simple: to help you get motivated and start building a life that you actually want to live.

 

This is about real conversations, real understanding, and real change.
